Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another email notification once your order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

• P.O. boxes

• Military addresses (APO/FPO)

• Certain remote areas

Lost or Damaged Packages
